Welcome
Welcome to the family. We are glad you are here.
You have made a decision most people put off for years. From here, the work is ours — and you will always know where things stand, because that is the only way we know how to do this.
Everything below takes about four minutes. Keep this page; the link does not expire.
A message from Troy
Two minutes, from me to you
Rather than write you a long letter, I would rather just say it.

On its way to you
Your welcome box
A navy presentation box with the crest on the lid is already headed to your address. Inside:
- A leather document portfolio — Debossed with the crest and marked Important Documents — somewhere permanent for the paperwork that matters.
- Your policy summary folder — Your plan, in plain language, in one place you can find it.
- A handwritten welcome card — Written by us, not printed by a machine.
- Troy’s card and a crest pen — His direct line. Use it — that is what it is for.
- Something for the coffee — A cookie. We are not above it.
Nothing in the box needs signing or returning. It is simply ours to give.
What happens next
Your first ninety days
No surprises, and nothing you need to chase.
-
Within a few days
Your welcome box arrives
Keep the portfolio somewhere your family can find it. If anything is missing or damaged, tell us and we will replace it.
-
Week one
Your plan documents land
Confirmations from any carrier arrive directly from them. We check every one against what we recommended, so you do not have to.
-
Around day thirty
A short check-in call
Ten minutes. We confirm everything is in force, answer whatever has occurred to you since, and make sure your beneficiaries are recorded correctly.
-
Ongoing
Your annual review
We meet on a set schedule to test the plan against real results and update it as tax law, markets and your life change. You will never have to chase us for it.
Your direct line
Call us. Actually call us.
There is no call centre, no ticket number and no hold music. If something worries you at 8pm on a Sunday, leave a message and you will hear back.
And there is no such thing as a question too small. The ones people are embarrassed to ask are usually the ones worth asking.
- Moved house, married, retired? Tell us — each one changes the plan.
- New grandchild? Beneficiary designations override a will. Worth a five-minute call.
- Got a letter you do not understand? Photograph it and send it over.
- A friend asking the same questions you did? We will happily talk to them.
“Esse Quam Videri”
To be, rather than to seem. You will see what that means in how we handle the next thirty years.
